    Untrap Was Born in an MSP

    How it started

    Untrap found its roots in my frustrations running my MSP for 11 years. I was never satisfied with the information we had about what was actually happening within our service desk and client base. I was constantly frustrated by pulling reports that told me nothing of consequence.

    I hated underwhelming customers with comments about best practices during QBRs instead of talking about their real challenges and how we were solving them. I could see the disappointment in their eyes, realizing the"proactivity" we sold them wasn't really a thing. I desperately wanted to do better, to know more so I could fix their problems and mine, but everything I did felt like guesswork.
